Public comment period open for 2026 Duluth Airport Authority Rules and Standards Review
The Duluth Airport Authority (DAA) is conducting a review and update of the Rules and Standards for the Duluth International Airport, which were adopted in June 2014. The Rules and Standards govern safety, security, and conduct at the Airport and also set the threshold minimum standards for commercial aeronautical service providers.
As part of the review process, the DAA invites written comments from interested stakeholders and the public on the existing Rules and Standards and any suggested updates DAA should consider. The comment period will open at 8:00 am CST on April 15, 2026, and close at 5:00 pm CST on May 29.
Written comments may be submitted in electronic format (PDF preferred) via e-mail. Please send written comments to rulesandstandards@duluthairport.com. The DAA will not accept verbal comments during this period. The DAA will consider all comments submitted by the deadline and may incorporate comments into the updated Rules and Standards in its discretion. All written comments will be publicly available once sent via e-mail.
