DBE Goals:
Before establishing their overall DBE goal, the Duluth Airport Authority is required to consult with groups within our market area that may have an interest or information relevant to the goal-setting process. You are invited to meet with us or send comments concerning the availability of disadvantaged and non-disadvantaged businesses, the effects of discrimination on opportunities for DBEs, and the Airport Authority’s efforts to establish a level playing field for the participation of DBEs.
